30 Day Return Warranty

If you receive a defective or damaged item, wrong size or wrong product contact us immediately at support@buyzip.com. Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

1. Email support@buyzip.com and describe the issue in detail (reason for return) along with your order number. If your item is defective, incorrect or not as described pleases end us a picture or video describing the issue.  

2. We will look over your case and offer a solution.

   

Warranty Solutions

1. Our company is responsible for the error:

  • If we are responsible for the sending the wrong order, defect or incorrect item. We will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
  • Once received we will refund the full original item price or send a free replacement at our expense.

2. Customer is responsible for error.

  • If a customer has ordered and incorrect product, size or simply wants to exchange it we allow for an exchange as well.

  • In this case the customer is responsible for the shipping from and to our warehouse for an exchange. 

   

Additional Notes

  • All returns must be approved by our customer service team

  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, come with original tags and unworn/unused. 

  • Unless the mistake is on our end, we do not accept product returns or exchange for the following items: discounted items or clearance items.
